Iron Man
A usual Iron man contest is:
- 4km swimming in pretty cold water
- 180 km biking (up hill, down hill ...)
- maraton - 42.5 km
World's best people do it in 8-9 hours ...
The (australian) father in this video has a sick boy.
After years of hard training, the father did the Iron Man contest with his son.
They did it in 17 hrs ...
Worth watching ...
